What this page collects

The "Request onboarding" form on this site collects your name, email, and any message you write to us so a real person can review your request. Nothing here creates an account or grants access on its own — we review every request by hand. We may also use your email to send you occasional product updates and promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with unauthorized third parties. However, we may disclose information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or in emergency situations involving user safety.

What happens once a student is invited

If a student is invited into Muse, the only data we collect is their in-app activity — lesson answers, hints, and chat messages. This data is encrypted and stored securely on our hosted servers. To ensure our AI stays on track and students are fully supported, human experts regularly review activity patterns and chat transcripts. This allows us to monitor progress, maintain a safe environment, step in to provide help if the AI is unable to, and improve the app for future students.

Consent & Your Rights

Muse is designed for students aged 16 and older. Consent for participation is collected before a student is granted access to the platform. If Muse is accessed through an educational institution, we rely on the school to manage any required consents.

You retain full control over your data. You have the right to access, correct, or request the permanent deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Users Under 16

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn or discover that a user under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately take steps to terminate the account and delete all associated data from our servers. If you believe we might have any information from or about someone under 16, please let us know immediately.
